ÜLIKARM TRENNIREŽIIM: Mel B alustab keha vormimisega varahommikul 4.30!

Nii alustab Mel B trenniga juba 4.30 hommikul, kirjutab Mirror.co.uk. Isegi ta tütred (11aastane Angel ja 7aastane Madison) põõnavad veel sel ajal magusalt oma voodis.

Mel B postitas sotsiaalmeediasse foto endast, kus ta on suurepärases vormis. Tegu on ammuse fotoga, kuid naisel on hea põhjendus varnast võtta.

Ta nimelt motiveerib end tegutsema, et olla taas sama heas vormis ja õnnelik. Mel B kirjutab, et kui sa endasse ei usu ja end ei armasta, siis ei saa sa kunagi õnnelikuks.

Ta usub, et korralik toitumine ja trenn on tõesti need, mis aitavad tal ka keskealisena sama heasse vormi saada.
